Low capital cost of the equipment for car making means that factories are fully efficient at much smaller production volumes than for steel - 5000 cars per annum per production cell. Greater volumes can be acheived by building another cell or moving that production to a new location or country. Buses, trucks and other transport equipment can be made with Coretex body frames too.
The Coretex manufacturing method and Coretex structural material is subject to patents and patent applications in UK, Europe, USA, Japan and India. Coretex know-how can be licensed in countries worldwide for transport or non-transport applications.
