The Aerocarbon Car is represented on the UK DTi stand at SAE 2003 as part of the Foresight Vehicle programme results. Coretex structures management has joined the UK trade mission to the world congress and will be contactable via the DTi stand. Meetings with several leading corporations have been established to explore opportunities for using Coretex in automotive applications in North America.
AeroCarbon Car to Launch first week in March 2003
The external shape of the ACC will be revealed this week in Auto Express - a leading UK journal famous for catching
sight of new vehicle models. The ACC is significant in using light weight and low aerodynamic drag to enable
the sorts of fuel economy only seen in hybrids. Thus the move away from steel is another approach to achieving break through fuel economy.
